We accept short term and long term per diem for ATC New Hires, Instructors, and Visiting employees of the FAA.

To qualify for housing:

You must be enrolled in an FAA Academy program or hold one of these positions:

We coordinate housing around academy timelines to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.

Who Can Stay at 15th Street Landing?

15th Street Landing primarily serves FAA Employees attending FAA training at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, but anyone can enjoy a stay in our townhomes.
